The next step in the S.O.U.L. technique is unblock and release. Here, you actively release any negative emotions, stress, or limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Whether it’s fear, guilt, or self-doubt, this step allows you to clear away mental clutter, making room for more peace and positivity. This is a key part of finding inner happiness: by letting go of emotional and mental blockages, you free up energy that can be used for more meaningful and productive actions.
The final step in the S.O.U.L. technique is to live with intention. Once you’ve paused, observed, and cleared away distractions, it’s time to set a clear and meaningful intention for your day, your work, and your life. This intention should align with your soul’s true desires and guide your actions moving forward. Living with intention allows you to approach challenges with focus and clarity, rather than reacting out of stress or habit. It also helps you stay connected to your values, so that you can make choices that bring you closer to your goals and bring more happiness into your life.
